METFIN-11 : GENERAL
A compound which can be used for few metals on deburring & polishing.
Colour : Brown. Liquid pH Neutral. Biodegradable.
METFIN-22 : Zinc / Mazak / Aluminum
A compound specially developed for Diecast.
Colour : Yellow. pH : Neutral. Liquid Biodegradable.
METFIN-33 : MS / Press out / Ferrous / Bearings / etc.
It has rust protection. Used in vibratory. Also to be used in Centrifugal
deburring machines for all metals. Green. pH : Neutral. Biodegradable.
METFIN-44 : Brass
Specially to be used for Brass.
Colour : White.mild acidic. If the
components have oil surface, better to use Deoiling (METFIN-30)
METFIN-55 : Copper
Specially to be used for Copper.
Colour : Blue. Mild acidic. If the
components have oil surface, better to use Deoiling (METFIN-30)
METFIN-66 : SS Components & SS Ball burnishing
Colour : Blue. Mild acidic. Used for deburring & polishing.
METFIN-77 : Bronze / Titanium
This is a mild acidic compound. Does the deburring and polishing of
Bronze / Titanium. Colour : Blue
METFIN-88 : Bimetal
Mulitpuxpose liquid compound which does the deburring & polishing.
It has rust protection
METFIN-10 : Wire Drawing
Used for Wire Drawing of various metals. It has rust proection.
METFIN-20 : Rust Remover
This compound has the power to remove rust and gives rust protection.
METFIN-30 : DE-OILING
Used for Deoiling. Components, like Brass, Copper & Bronze
requires deoiling to achieve bright finish.
METFIN-40 : Stainless -Steel
Used for the deburring of SS components. Mild acidic (Powder)
METFIN-50 : Ultrasonic Cleaning
Used in Ultrasonic Cleaning for various metals.
METFIN-60 : Anti Tarnish
Protects Copper & Brass from getting dark. It has a shelf life
of four weeks.
METFIN-70 : MS / Pressout
Used for metals which require high deburring. pH -neutral (Powder)
METFIN-80 : Aluminum / Mazak / Zinc
Used for the deburring of Alumium, Mazak or Zinc.
